Bill practices in the fields of family law, personal injury, medical malpractice, construction litigation, civil litigation and residential real estate. He earned his J. D. from the University of South Carolina and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1974. He is a member of the National Lawyers Association, graduate and Fellow of the National Litigation Academy and the Beaufort coutny Bar Associaition.
Admitted to practice before the District Court for the Fourth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court are just a few of Bill's outstanding credentials.
Bill has been a resident of Hilton Head Island since 1988 and a founder of the low Country Community Church.
